Shooting Stars (Coed) Ages 6-7 [Calgary]

Shooting Stars is an engaging and progressive introduction to Artistic Gymnastics, including events such as Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, Parallel Bars, and Floor Exercise. Designed  for athletes ages 6–7, this program focuses on building confidence, coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness while working within Steps 1–6 of our 24-Step Ladder Program. 

Athletes will develop strong foundational movement patterns and gymnastics fundamentals in a fun, supportive, and active environment. Coaches emphasize safe skill progressions, proper technique, and positive learning experiences that encourage each gymnast to grow at their own pace. 

While this program is designed with beginner athletes in mind, participants of any experience level are welcome in Shooting Stars. Coaches individualize progressions and instruction to support each athlete’s unique strengths, readiness, and developmental needs.
