Track Workout

Tracks are a great tool to change up your regular routine. Come and spend an hour walking, lunging running and planking (maybe) on the track for you mid-day break. Although some equipment may be used, this class will primarily use bodyweight and our 200-meter track to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. Suitable for all levels.
