T&T Supernovas Ages 13-17 (Coed) [Calgary]

The Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) coed program primarily focuses on Trampoline, Tumble Track, Floor, and other specialized equipment. The T&T Program will recap on all safety landings in a progressive way and focus on aligning the gymnast to more advanced skills however, training is based on each individual own set of needs.    Gymnasts will work through the progressive steps in the ladder program as the coach completes ongoing assessments and continually supports the gymnasts in their training at their own level of readiness. This approach allows a child with any experience to train with their own age group regardless of their ability.

Age exceptions are not available in this age group. Gymnasts registering in these classes must be a minimum of 13 years old by the first day of programming as the class structure will align with the anticipated emergence of both the physical and mental development of children in this age group.
