T&T Rockets Ages 6-7 (Coed) [Calgary]

Rockets is an engaging and progressive Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) program that focuses on Trampoline, Rod Floor Tumbling, and Double Mini Trampoline. Designed as an introductory program, athletes will build confidence, coordination, balance, body awareness, strength, and spatial awareness while working primarily within Steps 1–6 of our 24-Step Ladder Program. 

Athletes will develop strong foundational movement patterns and technical fundamentals across all T&T apparatus in a fun, supportive, and active environment. Coaches emphasize proper technique, safe progressions, and positive learning experiences that encourage each gymnast to grow at their own pace. 

Participants of any experience level are welcome. Coaches individualize instruction and progressions based on each athlete's strength, flexibility, coordination, technical development, and readiness, ensuring every gymnast has the opportunity to succeed and continue advancing.
