T&T Jets (Coed) Ages 8-9 [Calgary]

Jets is an engaging and progressive Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) program that focuses on Trampoline, Rod Floor Tumbling, and Double Mini Trampoline. Athletes in this program continue developing confidence, coordination, strength, body awareness, and aerial control while working primarily within Steps 6–12 of our 24-Step Ladder Program. 

Gymnasts will continue refining fundamental movement patterns while developing greater consistency and technical understanding across all T&T apparatus. Training emphasizes safe progressions, quality technique, and a fun, encouraging environment that supports continued growth and confidence. 

Athletes may join Jets with a variety of gymnastics backgrounds and experience levels. Coaches tailor instruction and progressions to meet the needs of each individual athlete, allowing every participant to progress safely and successfully.
