T&T Flyers Ages 10-12 (Coed) [Calgary]

Flyers is a dynamic and progressive Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) program that focuses on Trampoline, Rod Floor Tumbling, and Double Mini Trampoline. Athletes in this program continue building strength, coordination, body awareness, spatial awareness, and technical ability while working primarily within Steps 12–18 of our 24-Step Ladder Program. 

The program focuses on developing greater consistency, control, and confidence across all apparatus through safe progressions and quality technical instruction. Athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves in a supportive environment that promotes perseverance, independence, and personal achievement. 

Participants are welcome regardless of previous gymnastics experience. Coaches individualize instruction and progressions to support each athlete's goals, abilities, and readiness, ensuring meaningful progress for every gymnast.
