Stargazers (Age 5) (Unparented) [Calgary]

Stargazers is an engaging and progressive bridge between our preschool and recreational gymnastics programs. Designed for athletes ages 5–6, this class introduces Artistic Gymnastics through events such as Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise while working primarily within Steps 1–4 of our 24-Step Ladder Program.
 
Athletes will build confidence, coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness through age-appropriate activities that foster a love of movement and learning. In a fun, supportive, and structured environment, coaches focus on developing strong foundational movement patterns, proper technique, and safe skill progressions while encouraging independence, listening skills, and positive social interactions.
 
Stargazers prepares athletes for success by developing both physical literacy and personal confidence. Coaches individualize instruction and progressions to support each child's unique strengths, readiness, and developmental needs, ensuring every athlete is challenged appropriately and has the opportunity to succeed.
