Silver/Gold ages 8-9 (girls) [Cochrane]

The Silver/Gold (artistic) programs are the third and fourth ladders for gymnasts to climb out of the 6 ladder levels. This ladder has a number of steps (rungs) to climb before moving onto the next ladder level. Coaches will determine at the start of the class which step (rung) your child will begin with based on the criteria set out within the program. The ladder program encourages children to have fun while learning proper gymnastics techniques and push the foundations of gymnastics to more optimum success levels. The 4 main events that participants will train on are Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and will have the opportunity to use, at minimum, 1 of the trampoline apparatus. This program is considerate of age and ability and is set up for children coming a minimum of once a week for an hour and 25 minute class.

Currently there is no spectating inside the gymnastics facility.

Registration Dates:
Summer Camps 2025 (July- August) opens February 1, 2025
Fall 2025 (September to December) Registration opens May 1, 2025
Winter 2026 (January-March) Registration opens November 1, 2025
Spring 2026 (April-June) Registration opens January 15, 2026
