Junior Stars (Coed) Ages 8-9 [Calgary]

Junior Stars is an engaging and progressive Artistic Gymnastics program that includes Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, Parallel Bars, and Floor Exercise. Designed for athletes ages 8–9, this program supports continued development within Steps 4–12 of our 24-Step Ladder Program.

Gymnasts will build confidence, coordination, strength, flexibility, and technical understanding across all apparatus. The program focuses on refining foundational movement patterns while introducing more complex progressions in a fun, encouraging, and appropriately challenging environment.

Athletes with any level of experience in gymnastics are welcome to join Junior Stars. Coaches adapt instruction and skill progressions to meet the needs of each individual athlete, helping every gymnast progress safely and successfully.
