Gymnastics Baby & Me (Parented 6-18months Co-ed) [Cochrane]

This 30 minute, parented class will introduce you and your child to the environment, equipment and skills of gymnastics. Your busy kiddo will get to climb, slide, bounce, and explore during this fun-filled, structured, but open play environment. This class will encourage your child gain balance, muscle control to assist in the steady of sitting up, standing & walking. Our program will help facilitate their cognitive, sensory and social development. This class does not use the trampoline as the participants necks/esophagus are developed enough to withstand the force of the trampoline.

As this is a parented program we require a 1:1 ratio of child to parent.
