Sub-Zero First Aid Skills

This one-day course is an introduction to risk awareness, save winter travel techniques and first aid skills for participants who do not require a formal certification.
This course teaches best practices to identify and mitigate injury risks in the additional challenges of the winter environment and includes a focus on treatment of illnesses and injuries related to cold exposure.

Prerequisite: none. Includes: certified instructor, course manual, use of first aid equipment
