Meet us upstairs on the West-End of the Track for a fun circuit-style class that will use the support of TRX straps, as well as dumbbell/ kettlebells, various cardio equipment, and of course your own bodyweight! This is a great class that offers countless modifications to suit your fitness level and goals.
