Intermediate Stand-up Paddleboarding

Expanding skills for moving water: This three-hour course will build upon the stand-up paddleboarding skills you have already learned. Continue to fine-tune your flatwater skills by focusing on paddle and stance techniques. Learn the steps for gliding across eddy lines and how to manoeuvre on slow-moving water in the sheltered eddies at Bowness Park.  
This course will help you solidify the fundamentals to transition onto the river.
Prerequisite: Beginner Stand-up Paddleboarding
