Meteors (Coed) Ages 8-10 [Calgary]

Register by age only. This program primarily focuses on Parkour Gymnastics including but not limited to rolling, hopping, swinging, twisting, and balance maneuvers. Utilizing a variety of equipment within the Gymnastics Centre including Vault, Trampoline, Floor, Bars, and more. This sport emphasizes agility, strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness, challenging participants to move efficiently and creatively through various obstacles. 
Register now to learn some fun skills like speed stepping, grasshoppers, and tac and stride!
