Meteors (Coed) Ages 8-9 [Calgary]

Meteors is an engaging and progressive Parkour program that continues developing movement skills through a variety of obstacles and equipment throughout the Gymnastics Centre, including Vault, Trampoline, Floor, Bars, and specialized parkour obstacles. Athletes in this program will continue building confidence, coordination, agility, strength, body awareness, and movement efficiency.

Participants will refine foundational movement patterns while developing greater control, fluidity, and technical understanding in a fun, encouraging, and appropriately challenging environment. Coaches emphasize safe progressions, quality technique, and creative movement to help athletes confidently navigate increasingly complex challenges.

Athletes may join Meteors with a variety of movement backgrounds and experience levels. Coaches adapt instruction and progressions to meet each athlete's individual abilities, goals, and readiness, allowing every participant to continue progressing successfully.
