Intermediate Cross-Country Ski Lesson

Spend the day improving your ski technique on beautiful rolling trails in Kananaskis. This lesson builds on the skills learned in the Beginner Cross-Country Ski Lesson and will help solidify existing skills for moving uphill, turning, gliding downhill, and slowing down on rolling terrain. Skill-building activities and plenty of practice will help you become comfortable skiing up and down all types of trails.
Prerequisite: The Beginner Cross-Country Ski Lesson or similar previous cross-country skiing experience is required before taking this course.
