Asteroids (Coed) Ages 6-7 [Calgary]

Asteroids is an engaging and progressive Parkour program that introduces athletes to the fundamental movements of parkour while utilizing a variety of equipment throughout the Gymnastics Centre, including Vault, Trampoline, Floor, Bars, and specialized parkour obstacles. Athletes in this program will build confidence, coordination, balance, strength, agility, and body awareness.

Participants will develop strong foundational movement patterns with an emphasis on proper technique, efficient movement, safe progressions, and creative problem-solving in a fun, supportive, and active environment. The program encourages athletes to explore movement while building the physical literacy and confidence needed for continued progression.

Athletes of all experience levels are welcome. Coaches individualize instruction and progressions based on each participant's strength, coordination, technical development, and readiness, ensuring every athlete is appropriately challenged and supported.
