Blazing Stars (Ages 17+) [Calgary]

Blazing Stars is an engaging and progressive program that welcomes participants of all ability levels, from complete beginners to those with previous gymnastics experience. Classes incorporate both women's and men's artistic gymnastics events, including Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Parallel Bars, and High Bar, with trampolines and other specialized equipment used to enhance learning and skill development.

Participants will build confidence, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body awareness while exploring gymnastics in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. Whether your goal is to learn new skills, improve fitness, return to gymnastics, or simply enjoy trying something new, the program provides opportunities for personal growth at every stage.

Our experienced coaching team individualizes instruction, drills, and progressions to match each participant's abilities, goals, and comfort level. Every athlete is encouraged to progress at their own pace through safe, appropriate challenges that promote technical development, confidence, and long-term enjoyment of the sport. With a focus on fun, fitness, and fundamental movement, Blazing Stars offers a rewarding experience for anyone looking to discover—or rediscover—the sport of gymnastics.
