Gym Jam [Cochrane]

Gym Jam is a non-competitive, recreational fun meet that gives gymnasts an opportunity to show off the skills that they have been working on. Gymnasts registered in the Recreational program for the current Fall session in Cochrane or the Main campus (if invited by their coach) and who are ages 6-17 for artistic and 8-17 years old for Trampoline and Tumbling, are eligible to participate. Both disciplines of gymnastics offered at the Cochrane location, will be included in Gym Jam. We ask that participants register based on the program that they are currently registered in.

Girls Artistic Gymnastics (only ages 6 and up who are registered in the Copper/Bronze and up) – Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor
Trampoline & Tumbling (only ages 8 and up) – Tumble track, Trampoline, Floor (tumbling) and the Double Mini Trampoline
(This event is not for those in Preschool or the Pre-Copper Program)

Each gymnast will perform a routine on each event, which they practiced as part of the programming for the session. As this is a fun, confidence building event, coaches will provide full support and can even guide participants step by step through the routines during Gym Jam. Bring the family and have them cheer you on as you show off your skills!

Fall 2025 Gym Jam will be held on December 12 & 13, 2025
