Pack a lunch and register for both morning and afternoon sessions to enjoy the full day and learn the art of both offence and defense. Plus, we’ve got you covered with lunchtime supervision for those joining us all day. 

1. Mornings -  First Contact Camp: Mastering the Art of Defense and Reception
Led by the University of Calgary Dinos coaches and athletes, this skill specific camp is designed for athletes who are passionate about becoming defensive masters and reception specialists. Through a combination of skill-specific drills, advanced techniques, and game-like scenarios, you will elevate your defensive game to the next level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, this camp will provide you with the tools and knowledge to improve your defensive skills and reception abilities.

2. Afternoons - Elite Spiker Camp: Mastering the Art of Attacking
Led by the University of Calgary Dinos coaches and athletes, this skill specific camp is designed for athletes who are passionate about becoming offensive powerhouses. Through a combination of skill-specific drills, advanced techniques, and game-like scenarios, you will elevate your attacking game to the next level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, this camp will provide you with the tools and knowledge to improve your attacking and offensive skills.

3. Afternoon Augusts 5-8- ALL Skills Camps for Experienced Players
Led by the University of Calgary Dinos coaches and athletes, this comprehensive camp is designed for dedicated volleyball players looking to elevate their overall game. Through a combination of skill-specific drills, advanced techniques, and competitive gameplay, you will enhance your abilities in all aspects of the sport. In addition to your 3 hours of on court instruction, this program also includes a daily strength and conditioning session. Club experience is required and registration is limited to assure an optimal training experience for each athlete.
