Time: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Location: Red Gym

Program Format but not limited to:
Youth Badminton is designed for new to experience players.
Emphasis is on fun and sportsmanship, not competition.
Some players may still be learning the rules, so the flow of play may not be natural. Grip
Ready position
Short and long serves
Net shots
Underhand clears
Rallying skills
Basic doubles rules

Requirements:
Participants must have their own racquet.
Proper gym attire.

Other Notes:
Instruction provided by Badminton Alberta and Active Living
Parents / Guardians are asked to wait outside of the gym during the program times.
