Badminton is a fast-paced sport that can be played either as singles or doubles with the aim of hitting a shuttle over the net and into the opponent’s court. It is a fun, active sport which is an easy game with few painless rules. It boosts up your muscles, ads strength to those muscles and improves blood flow rate. The benefits are endless.
Sign up for our singles/individuals or teams/doubles leagues. Both leagues will be schedule for 8 games during each semester with games once per week. Leagues are open status. Playing in a structured league not your jam. Try our Recreational Badminton programs, where you can just have fun with like minded players.

Racquet Sports Camp
Why let your kids create a racket at home when they can immerse themselves in the exciting world of racquet sports at our Summer Camp? Designed for kids of all skill levels, our program offers a thrilling mix of Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Racquetball, and Pickleball, ensuring a well-rounded introduction to these dynamic sports.
Throughout the week, campers will learn the rules and techniques of each sport, gaining hands-on experience to develop their skills. With expert guidance from our enthusiastic leaders, they'll build confidence and coordination while having a blast. Each day focuses on a different racquet sport, keeping the experience fresh, engaging, and full of energy.
Beyond the court, our camp features outdoor activities to encourage teamwork and social connections. Whether it’s a fun relay race or a team-building challenge, your child will enjoy a balanced mix of physical activity and personal growth. Give your child a summer they'll never forget. Please note: All activities are subject to change.
Youth Badminton

The child program is designed to develop proper technique, including eye, hand, foot coordination. The introduction of various skills and drills to develop agility and motor skills used in the game of badminton. The youth program is designed to develop players technique. Various drills are used on court for further development of footwork and individual shots around the four corners of the court. Various drills and skills on court will further introduce tactics for singles and doubles game play. This program meets the needs of beginner players development as well as to challenge players that have previous badminton experience and want advance their technique and tactics on court. Classes are small and may be grouped according to ability. Each level is a progression from the previous level. Each practice consists of instruction followed by game simulation and modified games.
