Dinos Track & Field Programs
Dinos Youth is a track and field program offered by the University of Calgary for participants aged 7-15 years.
The goal of Dinos Youth is to provide an enjoyable activity setting where participants can develop: Basic technical models for the main events of Track and Field, Physical Fitness qualities and general health, make new friends and life skills (Self-discipline, respect for authority, competitiveness, cooperativeness, sportsmanship, and self-confidence)

Mon/Wed League: Max 8 teams, 11 games scheduled
Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

League Format & Rules:
Classice soccer is designed for new to experience players.
Emphasis is on fun and sportsmanship, not competition.
Some players may still be learning the rules, so the flow of play may not be natural.
If a team has mostly experienced players, they should consider a higher-level league.
Team Requirements:
Mixed leagues can have a maximum of 9 players who identify as the same gender on the field at all times.
Outdoor format is typically 9/2 format, but variations are allowed.
Other Notes:
Classic Leagues have standings, officials, or playoffs.
Participants must be 18+ or current UCalgary students enrolled in spring/summer courses.
