Format & Rules:
Jitsu is designed for new to experience players.
Emphasis is on fun and sportsmanship, not competition.
Offers an enjoyable atmosphere for participants to achieve a higher fitness level while gaining valuable self-defense skills.

Requirements:
New students do not need a high standard of physical fitness or flexibility to begin, as participants will find their endurance, strength , flexibility and speed all improve as training progresses.

Other Notes:
Participants must be 18+ or current UCalgary students enrolled in spring/summer courses.
