Celebrate your birthday by swinging, jumping, tumbling and playing with your friends in a fun & safe environment.

What your package includes:
-15 attendees in total (this includes birthday child, host family, all parents there to assist children under the age of 4)
-1 hour on the gymnastics equipment (time can not be altered)
-1 hour at the birthday party tables (time can not be altered)
-Onsite staff/coaches to facilitate the gymnastics time (please see below for expectations during table time)PLEASE NOTE: participants under the age of 4 must have a parent/guardian within arms reach throughout the booking at a 1:1 ratio. These adults are included in your 15 total attendees. 

We do not have a refrigerator or freezer onsite for public use, so plan to bring a cooler if you need to keep food cool.

Helpful Hints and Gym Etiquette
-Informed Consent is required for all participants. This document must be printed in color, double sided and signed by a parent/legal guardian. Arrive no more then 5-7 minutes before your booking start time to ensure this step is completed.
-All outdoor footwear must be removed prior to entering the gymnastics facility. Coat racks are available for all other personal belongings, inside the facility.
-Bathroom/water breaks need to be parent/guardian supervised. 
-Coaches will review safety and rules at the beginning of the gym time prior to free time, circuits or a combination of them (you can let the coach know what you prefer)
-Equipment is for youth participants, who have a signed Informed Consent. If you are unsure about how equipment is used or who is allowed on the equipment, please ask a coach before trying it (this includes all participants and parents). 
-The Coaches will review all rules and safety at the beginning of the birthday, prior to going on the equipment.
-Children under the age of 4 require a parent within arms reach of them to help them get the most out of the activities in a fun, safe environment. (Parents are included in total number of attendees). 
-Table Time: We ask that you leave the space as you find it. Garbage bins are provided at the table and bottle recycle bins are in the hallway. Coaches will be completing other administrative and cleaning duties during your table time, as well as ensuring that bookings stay in their designated space. You will facilitate your own table time, you could do food/cake, presents, a table activity, etc..
*Please be respectful of the time of your booking as some parties overlap, as well as coaches have other duties that they need to perform to ensure the success of all bookings.

Registration for birthday party bookings typically opens on the same dates as our sessional programming (fall, winter & spring).
